Illinois AgTech Accelerator Accepting Applications for Spring 2022 Cohort
The Illinois AgTech Accelerator has opened applications for its 2022 gener8tor AgTech cohort. This program will select five companies from the applicant pool for a 12-week accelerator program. gener8tor will also invest $100,000 in each company through its AgTech fund led by Serra Ventures and its latest fund, Serra Capital AgTech Fund, LP.
The Illinois AgTech Accelerator offers the gener8tor AgTech program once a year for early-stage companies from around the world. Each of five participating companies receive a $100,000 investment via uncapped convertible note or on their existing financing terms. The program is designed to help startups gain early customer traction on their product or idea, and establish metrics that demonstrate the viability of their concept and business model, and pitch investors. Applications are due February 20, 2022.
